When we moved here several years ago we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of items our neighbors were trying to unload through tag sales and giveaways. Quality name brands. Designers. Like-new.

Items we would like to have in our own home. 

 

We started storing these treasures and having pop-up sales in our garage - to great success!  So we had an idea to bring these quality, like-new items to people with a brick-and-mortar location. And we found one!

 

The Modern/Vintage Shop at 2586 Whitney Ave. is nestled between Whitney Donuts and the Rainbow Cleaners, next to Blessing II Go, with plenty of parking in the back of the building. We carry name-brand and designer fashion clothing and home furnishings we have found in and around Connecticut. And at prices that will have you say, "Why, yes." 

And for furniture items we offer local delivery!
